Return & Exchange Policy

At Vastra Sanchay, we value your trust and strive to ensure that every purchase brings you joy and confidence. Each of our women’s suit sets and sarees is crafted with care, but we understand that sometimes expectations may differ. To make your shopping experience seamless, we offer a customer-friendly return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

  • Sarees and suit sets purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on customized orders, altered pieces, or accessories.

Process:

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, kindly contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

  2. Once approved, you may ship the product back to us at your cost. For defective or wrong items delivered, Vastra Sanchay will bear the return shipping charges.

  3. After quality checks, your replacement item or credit note will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed only in cases of damaged or incorrect items, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • For size or preference-related returns, we issue an exchange or credit note (valid for 6 months).
